What's the Genuine Beef Difference?

Deliciously Grass-Finished
Our beef is 100% grass-finished and dry-aged for 21 days. This means it has a richer, more robust flavor that will shine through in all of your recipes.

Regeneratively Raised
Cattle are designed to eat grass, and we respect that. Our cattle are raised on the wide-open Wyoming prairies and never see a feedlot. This makes for happier cows and healthier grasslands.

Naturally Focused
We’re proud to raise our cattle as cleanly as possible. This means we never use added hormones, antibiotics, steroids, or spray our pastures with chemicals.

Proudly Family Run
No conglomerations here. We’re a first-generation ranch family of five, proud to be carrying on the ranching tradition here on the high plains of Wyoming.
