This steak comes from the prime rib area of the cow, and is definitely a favorite. This cut contains the amazing ribeye fat that makes a perfect flavor and texture combination. These are essentially individually cut prime rib steaks, which come from the upper rib of the cow.
Probably best simply grilled, but can also be broiled or pan-seared.
Our ribeye steaks are cut 1-1.5” thick.
