Rich in iron, folate, zinc, and vitamins B-2, B-6 and B-12. Like a steak, heart is a muscle. But it's higher in it's nutrient content and contains more protein than your average steak.
Can be made into stew, jerky, burgers, or pan seared like a medium-rare steak.
